One way to ensure you are continuously improving is to have a daily journal. I find it is an easy way to track what improvements I have made, what lessons I’ve learned and what things I need to watch for on a daily basis. What about this thought? Set high benchmarks. Benchmark yourself against your idol. How can I be as good as Ghandi, Obama, or Roy Halladay? Life will be full of spectacular results and successes if you can live up to your high standard.
